If you had to describe Expersoft in one sentence, what would you say?

We are an independent Swiss wealth management technology provider. We offer an integrated, high-performance platform based on over thirty years of reliability and a culture of continuous innovation.

What are the fundamental values that define Expersoft internally, and how do they translate in practice into decision-making, product development and collaboration with customers?

Our independence gives us the freedom to think long-term while acting with determination and speed of execution. Our culture is based on a demanding combination of professionalism and in-depth expertise.

In practical terms, this means listening carefully to our customers and determining precisely where to invest in product and service innovation to strengthen our ecosystem over the long term and generate tangible results.

In your opinion, which technological developments will have the most significant impact on wealth management in the coming years - and how is Expersoft positioning itself in this changing environment?

Automation and intelligent data processing will, in my opinion, have the most structuring impact on wealth management, particularly in the areas of analysis, reporting and operational efficiency.

The most profound transformation, however, lies in the way these technologies are integrated into secure, scalable platforms capable of providing a unified view of clients and portfolios.

Hybrid advisory models, where technology supports - but does not replace - human expertise, are set to become the norm. Our priority is to integrate these new capabilities in a controlled way, to strengthen the platform architecture and to ensure that each innovation generates measurable value.

How do new ideas emerge at Expersoft? What mechanisms do you use to identify, prioritise and drive innovations to market maturity?

Ideas emerge from constant dialogue with our customers, regulatory developments and input from our internal teams. We also constantly analyse market trends to identify technologies that will create real value.

Each initiative is assessed according to its strategic relevance, architectural soundness and customer impact. Innovation thus follows a structured process, from ideation to translation into concrete operational impact.

What themes or initiatives are you currently working on that best reflect your strategic focus on the future?

We are currently strengthening our automation, advanced analytics and large-scale processing capabilities to improve operational efficiency. We are also developing our valuation and reporting engines, particularly for alternative assets and complex investment structures.

At the same time, we are developing tools to enable relationship managers to deliver more personalised and proactive customer experiences.

How do you ensure that technological innovation at Expersoft systematically translates into measurable value for your clients?

For me, innovation only makes sense if it actually strengthens our customers' business. We define clear objectives from the outset, work closely with them and systematically evaluate the impact after deployment.

This approach ensures that innovation is pragmatic, relevant and resolutely results-oriented.

In the future, what would you like Expersoft to be known for in the global wealth management industry?

I would like Expersoft to be recognised as a trusted, long-term technology partner, capable of setting industry standards through reliability, performance and rigorous innovation.

Not through ambitious statements, but through our constant ability to provide solutions that sustainably strengthen our clients' business, now and in the future.
